General Description

A passion for great sound and a wide range of models – that's what Arrow stands for. With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised, incorporating technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance delivery. CNC-milled components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and design, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed in countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy (Racing variants also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The steel is highly temperature resistant and can be mechanically deformed very well. It offers high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.
