General description

With extensive expertise gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised, keeping pace with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performance. CNC machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces and mid-pipes, right up to the silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically deformed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.
