General description

With extensive know-how from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised, keeping pace with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and weld seams that do not reduce the inner diameter play a significant role in this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, weld seams and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connection pieces, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is determined through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically deformed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.
