General description
Passion for great sound and a wide range of models – that's what Arrow stands for. With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised, adapting to technological advancements and current trends.Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the planned power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their precise placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and mid-pipes, right up to the silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs.
Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be readily mechanically formed. It offers high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products.
