General description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-milled components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter play a significant role in this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and intermediate pipes, right through to the silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically form. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle cleaning products.
