General Description

Collectors and tube are the key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter play a significant part in this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and intermediate pipes right through to the rear silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and very malleable. It possesses high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products.
