General Description

Collectors and tube are the key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and mid-pipes leading to the silencers is developed through countless dynamometer runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically deformed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
