General Description

Collectors and tubee are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performancesentfaltung. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubee, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and mid-pipes, right up to the end silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy (racing variants also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically deformed very well. It possesses high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle-care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.
