Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. The diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their precise placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes up to the rear silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow manifolds are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically formed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products.
