General Description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performance power delivery. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the headers, connecting pipes, and mid-pipes right through to the rear silencers is developed in countless dyno runs.

Arrow mid-pipes are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It possesses high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
