CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter play a significant role in this. The diameter of the tubee, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the manifold, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes, right up to the rear silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs.
