General description

Passion for great sound and a wide variety of models – that's what Arrow stands for. With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised in line with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter play a crucial role in this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connection pieces and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed in countless dyno runs.

The Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Retrofit catalytic converters for exhaust gas purification are also part of the range.
