General Description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connectors, and intermediate pipes right up to the silencers is developed over countless dyno runs.

Arrow manifolds are made from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically form. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products.
