Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the manifold, connectors, and intermediate pipes right through to the rear silencers is developed in countless dyno runs.

Arrow manifolds are made from a special steel alloy. V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically form. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
