Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performances development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connecting pieces, and intermediate pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow manifolds are made from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
