With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised in line with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance delivery. CNC machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connection pieces, and intermediate pipes, right through to the silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow manifolds and intermediate pipes are manufactured from a special steel alloy. V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically deformed very well. It possesses high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products.
