General description

With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised with technological advancements and in line with current trends.

Collectors and tubes are the key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the planned power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the manifold, connection pieces, and intermediate pipes right up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow manifolds are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium manifold version is used in racing.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Retrofit catalytic converters for exhaust gas purification are also part of the range.
