Collectors and tube are the key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the planned power, performance development. CNC machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.



Arrow manifolds are manufactured from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically form. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium manifold variant is used in racing.



For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Aftermarket catalytic converters for exhaust gas purification are also part of the product range.
