With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised in line with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and weld seams that do not reduce the inner diameter play a significant role in this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, weld seams and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the manifold, connecting pieces, and intermediate pipes up to the silencers is developed in countless dyno runs.

Arrow manifolds are made from a special steel alloy. The 304 stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically deformed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle cleaning products.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Aftermarket catalytic converters are also available for exhaust gas purification.
