General description

Collectors and tubes are the key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performances development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the manifold, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow manifolds are made from a special steel alloy. V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically deform. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Aftermarket catalytic converters for exhaust gas purification are also available.
