General description

With extensive expertise gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised in line with technological advancements and current trends.



Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. The diameter of the tube, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connecting pieces and intermediate pipes right through to the silencers is developed in countless dyno runs.



Arrow manifolds are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically formed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium manifold variant is used in racing.



For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Retrofit catalytic converters for exhaust gas purification are also part of the range.
