General description

Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performance development. CNC machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connectors, and mid-pipes up to the rear silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow manifolds are manufactured from a special steel alloy. V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products.
