Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performances delivery. CNC-milled components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their precise placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow manifolds are made from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and very mechanically formable. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
