General description

They look like bent tubes, yet there's much more to Arrow's manifolds. These manifold pipes are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality titanium).
This V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically formed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products. The perfect material for manifold pipes, although titanium remains the first choice in tough racing conditions due to its weight.
In addition to this exquisite material, there is Arrow's expertise: diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, the guide of the manifold pipes.
CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to optimal power, performance development.
For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for some motorcycles.
