General description
They may look like bent tubes, yet there is much more to Arrow manifolds. These manifold pipes are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality titanium).This V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. It is the perfect material for manifold pipes, although titanium remains the first choice for tough racing use due to its weight.
In addition to this exquisite material, Arrow's expertise extends to: the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, the guide of the manifold pipes.
CNC machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to optimal power, performance delivery.
For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for some motorcycles.
