General description

With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised, evolving with technology and current trends.Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performances delivery. CNC-milled components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connection pieces, and intermediate pipes right through to the slip-on silencers is developed in countless test bench runs.
Arrow manifolds are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products.
