Collectors and tube are the key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and link pipes, all the way to the rear silencers, is developed through countless dynamometer runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy. V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and very malleable. It offers high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
