General Description
They look like bent tubes, yet there is much more to Arrow headers. These header pipes are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality titanium).This V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically deformed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. It is the perfect material for header pipes, although titanium remains the first choice for harsh racing use due to its weight.
In addition to this exquisite material, there is Arrow's expertise: the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, weld seams and their precise placement and execution, the guide of the header pipes.
CNC-machined components and weld seams that do not reduce the internal diameter significantly contribute to optimal power, performance development.
For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for some motorcycles.
