General Description

With extensive expertise gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised, keeping pace with technological advancements and current trends.Collectors and tubee are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performancesentfaltung. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter play a significant role in this. Thus, the diameter of the tubee, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the headers, connecting pieces, and intermediate pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless test bench runs.
The Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically formed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products.
