General Description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performances delivery. CNC-machined components and weld seams that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, weld seams and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the headers, connecting pieces, and link pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

The Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and very well mechanically deformable. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Retrofit catalytic converters for exhaust gas purification are also part of the range.
