Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performances unfolding. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, weld seams and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and link pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically formed very well. It boasts high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header version is used in racing.
