CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the headers, connecting pipes, and mid-pipes, right through to the rear silencers, is developed through countless dynamometer runs. Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically formed very well.
