General description

With extensive expertise gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised in line with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the headers, connectors, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and very malleable. It offers high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkaline solutions, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Retrofit catalytic converters for exhaust gas purification are also part of the range.
