General description

Passion for great sound and a wide variety of models – that's what Arrow stands for. With extensive expertise gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised in line with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the planned power, performance power delivery. CNC machined components and weld seams that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, weld seams, their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and intermediate pipes, right through to the silencers, is developed in countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically deformed very well. It possesses high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle cleaning products.
