General Description
A passion for great sound and a wide range of models – that's what Arrow stands for. With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised, advancing with technology and adapting to current trends.Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and mid-pipes, right up to the silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs.
Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy. This steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically form. It boasts high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
