General Description

Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performances delivery. CNC machined components and weld seams that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bend radii, weld seams and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes, right up to the silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and very well mechanically deformable. It possesses high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle cleaning products.
