General description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance delivery. CNC-milled components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter play a significant part in this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically deformed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
