General Description

Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance delivery. CNC machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter play a significant part in this. The diameter of the tube, bend radii, welds, their precise placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connection pieces, and intermediate pipes, right up to the silencers, is developed through countless dynamometer runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy (Racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It possesses high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.
