General description

A passion for great sound and a wide range of models – that's what Arrow stands for. With extensive expertise gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised, keeping pace with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance delivery. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes all the way to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically form. It boasts high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle cleaning products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.
