General Description

With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised, keeping pace with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tube are the key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter play a significant part in this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and link pipes, all the way to the exhaust silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A stainless steel is highly heat-resistant and easily mechanically deformable. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle cleaning products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Retrofit catalysts are also available for exhaust gas purification.
