General description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performances development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter play a significant role in this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes, right up to the silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and very well mechanically deformable. It possesses high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
