General description

Passion for great sound and a wide range of models – that's what Arrow stands for. With extensive expertise gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised, keeping pace with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tube are the key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and weld seams that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, weld seams and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and intermediate pipes right up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It possesses high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Aftermarket catalytic converters for exhaust gas purification are also available.
