Collectors and __AT_GLASSARY_7__s are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the planned power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter play a significant role. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and intermediate pipes, right through to the silencers, is developed over countless dynamometer runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically formed very well. It offers high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Retrofit catalytic converters for exhaust gas purification are also part of the product range.
