Collectors and __AT_GLS_6__s are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performances development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connection pieces, and mid-pipes, right up to the silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers and mid-pipes are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically form. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle cleaning products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header version is used in racing.
