General Description

Collectors and tubes are the key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performances delivery. CNC machined components and weld seams that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, weld seams and their precise placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the collector, connecting pipes, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.



Arrow collectors are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically deform. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium collector variant is used in racing.



For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Retrofit catalysts are also available for exhaust gas purification.
