General Description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, welds and their precise placement and execution, as well as the guide of the collector pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the collector, connecting pipes, and mid-pipes leading to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow collectors are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically deform. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
