General description

Collectors and tubes are the key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-milled components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pipes and mid-pipes up to the rear silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy. The V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and very malleable. It has high resistance to humidity, water and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
