General description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performances development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter play a crucial role. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pipes, and mid-pipes right through to the silencers is developed over countless dyno runs.

Arrow mid-pipes are manufactured from a special steel alloy. V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically form. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
