General description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performances development. CNC machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the manifold, connecting pieces, and intermediate pipes right through to the silencers is developed in countless dyno runs.

Arrow manifolds are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and very malleable. It boasts high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products.
