Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter play a significant role. The diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and link pipes, right through to the rear silencers, is developed through countless test bench runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy. V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and very well suited for mechanical deformation. It possesses high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
